How can I get help with my order?

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating how to contact us via text, email or phone your dedicated Customer Care Associate. Your dedicated Associate will be your main contact for any order related questions.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Our order-fulfillment and shipping process are designed to deliver orders quickly and efficiently. Orders are processed frequently throughout the day. Therefore, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been processed. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact your dedicated Customer Care Associate as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request if your order has not been processed.

How can I check shipment status?

All orders are picked up by carriers within 24 hours of order receipt. Tracking number along with a link to check status of your order will be sent to you by email, as soon as the order is picked up. All orders are guaranteed to be delivered within delivery timeframes, depending on the pricing option you have chosen at the time of purchase.

What countries do you ship to?

Our Free shipping policy applies to orders shipping anywhere in Continental USA.

How can I return a product?
  • You may return your purchase for a refund of the product value within 10 days of product delivery.
  • To initiate a return email us at indicating your order number in the subject line of the email and reason for the return
  • To initiate a return for a damaged, defective or incorrect product, email images of the product you have received at .

Are there any store locations?

We are an online only retailer. We do not have a store front where you can view our products. We do however offer samples for most of our products.

How can I receive FREE interior design advice?

Our interior designers are available to help you during business hours. Simply email us with your inquiry at One of our designers will get back to you within 4 hours with design and product recommendations.

How can I receive product samples?

Samples/swatches for most products are available for a flat fee that covers shipping charges only. If samples/swatches are available, a red button indicating “order sample” will appear right beside the “Add To Cart” button.
