You may return your purchase for a refund of the product value within 10 days of product delivery. Email us at returns@NewLinkz.comto request a return authorization. The product must be in its original condition (new and/or unused) and original packaging, along with all original materials included with the shipment. We inspect all the returns. Return credits are issued within 3 days of returned product receipt and inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, Pay Pal, etc.).
Shipping charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 10% of the value of the product applies to all returns. We reserve the right to waive this fee for members. We suggest that you insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.
